FitMate ("the App") is developed by Recep Kizilirmak. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

Data Storage

All your workout data, exercise history, splits, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any external server.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
• We do not collect health or fitness data from HealthKit or any third-party service
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
• We do not share any data with third parties

Subscriptions

FitMate offers optional in-app subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

Device Identifier

The App generates a random identifier stored locally on your device to distinguish user-created exercises from built-in ones. This identifier is never transmitted off your device.

Widgets

FitMate uses an App Group (shared UserDefaults) to pass workout data between the main app and its home screen widgets. This data stays on your device.

CSV Export/Import

You can export your workout data as CSV files. These files are generated locally and shared only through the iOS share sheet at your discretion. Imported files are processed locally.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
